The videos of learners´ success stories and teacher experiences are available on youtube.
Learners talk about their experiences in the courses and how the courses helped them toachieve their professional goals – either in finding a job or to found their own businesses. Additionally, the teachers of the participating organisations tell about their experiences throughout the project and the pilot courses including the testing of new teaching methods.

Finishing the Project
Currently we are working on the final report, summarising all activities carried out in the course of this project. We are very proud to be part of this successful Grundtvig learning partnership!
Final Meeting in Kuressaare, Estonia
From 04.06 to 07.06.2015 the final project meeting takes place at our coordinators country Estonia. We will finalise the work of learnes success stories, discussing the final evaluation report and will finalise the common e-brochure.

6. International Project Meeting in Lithuania
The 6th international Project-Meeting will be held from 16. – 19.04.2015 in Panevezys, Lithuania. Our main topic will be
- production of the e-brochure
- evaluation of the pilot courses
- evaluation of teaching methods
- Workshop: “Disability = Unemployment

5. Project Meeting in Germany
The 5th Meeting was held from 28th november to 1st december 2014 in Kassel. Here you find the meeting minutes:
1. Official opening of the project meeting by coordinator and host institution. General information, review of the work plan.
2. Workshop “Creative Development of Ideas for Starting your Business” with Brenda.
3. Presentation of the structure and discussion of the collected methods:
• 31 teaching methods were collected. Each partner should try at least 2 methods in pilot courses.
• Turkey chose to test 3 teaching methods, Lithuania – 2, Cyprus – 2, Estonia – 5, Spain – 2, Poland – 2, Germany – 3. Partners agreed to be flexible – more teaching methods can be used in pilot courses (than it was planned), some methods can be joined together. Any changes should be
described and sent by e-mail to project coordinator.
4. Discussion of evaluation forms/ questionnaires:
• All partners decided that trainer’s method evaluation form needs corrections and should be updated with new questions based on method descriptions.
• Poland and Lithuania partners will prepare a template for evaluation report till 15th of December,
2014.
• Evaluation report should be sent to Poland and Lithuania partners and uploaded on Moodle till
28th of January, 2015.
5. Reports about pilot courses in each country. Short presentations of each partner.
• Cyprus will send explanation/ description why pilot courses start later than was planned.
• Spain partner should send success story about leaflets for final report.
• It was decided to update activity plans if some changes in pilot courses was made. Updated action plans should be sent to coordinator till 30th of January, 2015.
• Pilot courses should be finished till the end of January, 2014.
7. E-brochure (structure, what information is needed):
• Lithuania and Poland partners will produce e-brochure till 31th of March.
• E-brochure includes introduction of the project, methods description, recommendations and other information based on evaluation report.
• All partners should send best quality pictures for brochure (2 photos for 1 method) to Poland and
Lithuania partners.
• All partners decided to put some feedback from students and trainers to e-brochure. It was proposed to make short videos (2-3 minutes) about pilot courses if there is any possibility.
8. Workshop “Critical ICT Skills for adult learners” with Helga Mendel.
9. Discussion of progress of the project.
• Cyprus partner has some problems with communication and is asked to improve it.
• Final online evaluation deadline is 15th of May, 2015.
• Final evaluation report is on June, 2015.
10. Update of the Website.
• Beate will send the information what is missing in website from each partner by e-mail.
• All partners should send photos from the meetings to Betül for website till 30th of January, 2015.
• Each guest country should prepare summary of the meeting they held and send it to Betül for website.
• Margit updated administrators on Facebook account.
11. Further partners communication for the project implementation.
Project partners agreed with the date for Skype meeting in 4th of March 16:00, partners who will not be on Skype, should write via e-mail .
Next project partners meeting will be held in Panevėžys, Lithuania. Meeting working days 17th – 18th of
April, 2015.
The main content of this meeting was to share the first experiences with the pilot courses.
4. Project Meeting / Pilot courses
The meeting in Mersin / Turkey was very successful!
All partners have selected their training methods to be used in the pilot courses. We have expanded the website for more two categories – Pilot courses and local press.

The next meeting
The next meeting of the Project is from 11.09.2014 to 13.09.2014 in Mersin / Turkey.
The topic of this meeting is the final selection of probationary teaching methods / courses / targets and the detailed activity during the pilot courses.
